Class options

Our custom made HIIT Bootcamp programme combines cardio and strength intervals. There are 2 options of class:


Double Floor

Our signature workout consisting of 25–30 minutes runs and 25–30 minutes strength sessions.

Runs include: 25% incline climbing, parachute running, resistance sled pushing, sprints and more.

Strength sessions include: dumbbells, medicine balls, elastic bands, free weight and other weight training.

Cannot run or just do not feel like it? Well we offer a non-treadmill class with a 60 minute strength session.
